Certification Programmes
We offer three distinct CX certification programme levels offered in partnership with the University of Pretoria - each introducing participants to the latest customer-centric methodologies and practices. Grounded in scientific research and tailored for real-world application, the courses follow a practitioner-oriented framework that delivers actionable insights.
